Our accurate cut to size service let you will only pay for what you want.

Use the service for acrylic perspex (pmma) to gain a brilliant alternative to glass or choose polycarbonate for shatter proof glazing and greenhouses. We can cut any plastic which we have in our warehouse, for example: PET, PET-G, Nylon (Polyamide), PVC foamboard, polyprophylene, Acetal Extruded (POM).

We normally cut to a tolerance of +/- 1mm. This suits the vast majority of our customers, helping us to deliver high service.

Maximum workpiece dimensions 2150 × 7000 mm.

If you need tighter accuracy though, please contact us and we can use our CNC routers to accommodate your needs. If you have any special requirements such as drilled holes, rounded corners, cut outs or polishing we can help you as well.
